Vivo has launched its latest budget smartphone to the market, the Vivo Y15s.

This device comes with the Mediatek MT6765 Helio P35 chipset built over the 12 nm framework. The Vivo Y15s packs 3 GB RAM with 32 GB of internal storage, which will be expandable using a dedicated microSDXC slot. 

This handset comes with the older eMMC 5.1 & runs Funtouch 11.1 with the Android 11(Go edition). The Vivo Y15s is built around a 6.51-inch IPS LCD panel.

The device houses a 5000 mAh battery that’ll last an entire day paired with a 10 W charging feature. The smartphone also comes with a 5 W reverse charging system that turns your phone into a mobile power bank. This smartphone also makes use of a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for authentication.

If we talk about the cameras, the Vivo Y15s features a dual-camera setup. It has a 16 MP main camera with a 2 MP depth sensor. The phone also includes an 8 MP selfie camera.

In terms of build quality, the phone comes with a plastic front & back, supported by a plastic frame which is a standard within this price range.

All in all, the phone does include some interesting features but the limited storage might not allow it to stand out. We have certainly seen phones with increased storage and better features with a similar price tag.
